BSAC Sports Diver OWT(Iejima)

Iejima island in Okinawa

We arrived from Motobu port at diving point "Wajii" of the Iejima island offing by the diving boat at about 30 minutes.
We entered with the backing roll, we guided from the stern in the rope, we dove up to 10m in depth, and we dove by 10m further while fish watching in a vast coral reef afterwards.

The maximum depth of the first time was 20.6m, the dive time was 26 minutes. Our team are four oceanic trainees of the sports diver of BSAC and instructor is Mr. Shimizu of MMC. My (Imajo) Buddy is Mr. Kobayashi and another menver Mr. Fujimaru and Mr. Takigawa. Besides, four team people of fan diving were the same.

After we moved to diving point "Tsuriba" a little away, and we took a rest for about 30 minutes in the shipboard, the second diving was done.

Here is an attractive geographical features where the arch and the drop-off exist point. We dove up to 20.5m in depth, sank more deeply, and looked at a crowded sea. we were given up to be strong to flow in the vicinity of the entrance of the arch, to pass, and to come off. The dive time was 23 minutes.
