West Sea Side of Miura Peninsula

West Sea Side of the beautiful Miura peninsula facing the Pacific Ocean is introduced.
We went to Hayashi or Ashina by the Keikyu bus from the center of Yokosuka, we changed to the bus of the Zushi line, and Tateishi alighting. It took about 1 hour from the center of Yokosuka to here.

We walked along Route 134 along the seashore to Cyojagasaki cape. We got down beach at Cyojagasaki, beachcombing of in Ohhama and Isshiki beach were carried out, and We had lunch at Isshiki beach.

We visited at the Hayama Shiosai Park and the Hayama Shiosai Museum near the Hayama Villa of the Imperial Family in the afternoon, we came out to JR Zushi station by bus, and our one day journey finished.

The Hayama Shiosai Park has a beautiful garden, a museum, a tea shop, etc. at the former site of the other Hayama Villa of the Imperial Family.
The Hayama Shiosai Museum (June, 1987 opening) exhibit living things of the sea of the Sagami bay and it also has the corner of Emperor's Showa collections.
